Please note the application for absentee ballot in the town report (page 63) is in error. One does not need to be a "immediate family member” in order to submit a absentee ballot application.
This is clearly stated in Title 21-A section 753-A-3.
“The voter may designate an immediate family member or a 3rd person to deliver the ballot on the voter's behalf.”
